We currently have one vacancy for a 12 month FTC Project Manager in the Continuous Improvement Team based in Livingstone House, Leeds.
£32,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) + pension, quarterly performance related bonus, 25 days annual leave
What skills are we looking for ?
You must have the ability to work within a partnering environment, form and maintain excellent internal and external working relationships and be able to facilitate, mediate and resolve project issues.
To be successful you must have a good knowledge of business improvement and change management principles, budget control and strong stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
You will have experience of building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships along with experience of project management and planning and financial / budget management.
It is essential that you have an understanding of change management principles, as well as the ability to present and communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences. You will also have experience of influencing cross business teams and partnerships.
Skills / Attributes that are desirable but not essential
- Experience of using Cultural Behavioural Management techniques
- Experience of driving Change / Continuous Improvement Strategies
- Experience of working on IT systems change or implementation projects
- Working in a Continuous Improvement environment
- Experience of achieving corporate accreditations (eg ISO9001, ISO55001)
- Experience of working with BIM (BS1192)
- You will already hold a Project Management accreditation (APM, PRINCE2, or similar) or be willing to work towards this.
As you will be required to travel to different YW locations a full valid EU driving licence is essential.
Ideally you will have previous experience gained within the water or waste water sectors or within the broader utilities, process or manufacturing industry sectors.
