6 x Duty Operations Engineers
Salary £30,088 - £37,610 + 20% Shift Allowance, based in Buttershaw, Bradford
What will the role involve ?
The role will support our Operational Teams responding to Operational incidents on the Water Distribution Network by providing Incident Management and Technical support to reduce the impact of Asset Failure on our customers; and to ensure that incident recovery and resolution is carried out in such a way that delivers the best possible Operational performance.
The role will also involve the critical analysis of past events, in order to ensure performance data is as accurate as possible, and to understand the critical factors in terms of Asset Failure and Incident response in order to reduce future failure and improve Operational performance
You will need to have a high level of technical and practical understanding of Water Networks. The role will also require strong communication and decision making skills, and will regularly involve making Operational Decisions based on risk in a dynamic and fast moving environment to deliver the best possible performance.
