Salary £21,422 - £26,422 dependant on experience + car allowance + pension + quarterly performance related bonus + 25 days annual leave

We currently have a full-time permanent position for a Field Team Officer at Loop, within the Customer Support Team. You may not have heard of us before but we’re the people behind our sister company, Yorkshire Water, helping them to deliver excellent customer service to their customers in an easy, helpful and friendly manner.
What will the role involve?
As a Field Team Officer you will visit customers who are struggling to pay their bills. You'll obtain up to date information, promote internal/external vulnerability schemes (to assist customers) and agree suitable payment arrangements
You will take reasonable care of your own health, safety and wellbeing and that of others by following the Loop Safe 7 and Field 5
You will attend court hearings in the Leeds and Bradford County Court where customer dispute litigation action taken against them
What skills are we looking for ?
You will represent the face of Loop when meeting speaking to our customers so it is important that you have good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify vulnerability and be able to signpost customers to the relevant organisations for help
As a lone worker you will be safety conscious and register any risks or hazards on the safeguard system
Travel is required for the role - a full valid EU driving licence is required
