Exciting Opportunity with Kelda Water Services Grampian Role Title: Sludge Treatment Team Leader Based at Nigg STW, Aberdeen We currently have a vacancy for a Sludge Treatment Team Leader to join the Operations Team, which forms part of the wider Kelda Water Services Grampian Business Unit. This role is based in Aberdeen, Scotland. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the safe operation of Sludge Treatment assets. You will provide leadership to a team of six technicians, who carry out planned and reactive tasks to ensure that the biosolids produced meet environmental standards – and also whilst meeting energy generation targets. In return, you will find the position exciting, variable and challenging and be part of a close knit team that together look after the site 24 hours per day, 365 days of the year. Salary £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience + pension + quarterly performance related bonus + 25 days annual leave.
Distribution Maintenance Technician South Yorkshire
We currently have two exciting opportunities for Distribution Maintenance Technician's to join Yorkshire Water We have 1 x permanent role and 1 x temporary role for 12 months Based in Sheffield, but working across South Yorkshire as part of the role You will carry out investigations of the water network using a variety of techniques such as flushing logging, surveying and sampling. You will also identify any network anomalies through following the planned flushing schedules. You will cleanse the water mains and capture data through the use of mobile technology.
